The "Vegetable Spaghetti" variety of this squash is profitable and has spaghetti-like fruit pulp.
Cooking Tip:
- Cook the whole squash in salt water for about 20 minutes. Then it can be cut in half and the noodle-y insides can be taken out. Enjoy the hot squash with meat sauce like you would spaghetti, or serve cold as a salad.
