The elegant rust finish, which develops over time, is beautiful and goes well with any garden style. This planter is also great as a structural element in private gardens or in restaurants.
Feet and drainage holes in the base of the planter ensure that excess water can drain away optimally. This means that waterlogging and root rot don't stand a chance.

Tips for planting:

• Cover the base with a 10 cm thick layer of pebbles around 35 mm in size.
• Place a permeable landscape cloth over the pebbles.
• Fill in with a soil substrate suitable for your plants and finally, place your favourite plants.

Note: The planter is delivered without a rust patina which will develop on its own within 4-5 months, depending on the weather conditions and location. For faster results, you can treat the surface with a rust accelerator.
Applying Owatrol removes rust and prevents the corten steel from getting discoloured.

Please note:

• Unpack the item immediately upon receipt, otherwise uneven rust stains may occur due to moisture trapped between the packaging and the product.
• Always ensure good drainage
• Do not use an overflow pipe and ensure that no excess water remains in the planter to prevent it from rusting through.
• Do not use hydro pellets as these retain moisture
• Do not use the planter within 2 km of a coastline
• Failure to comply with instructions on drilling or sanding will invalidate the warranty.
