Description
The Australian tea tree can be easily grown in pots. It forms narrow, 3 to 5 cm long leaves and grows many small white flowers during warm periods of the years. The evergreen plant is known for its essential tea tree oil, which is extracted from the oil glands on the undersides of the leaves. The Australian Tea Tree is completely immune to pests and diseases.
