Description

Lange Oberlaaer is a fast-growing variety with conical, elongated roots and lush foliage. Parsley roots have a strong taste and can be used to make mixed vegetable dishes with carrots, leeks, celery and parsnips, and can also be used for soups. The leaves can be used like normal parsley for seasoning but should be used sparingly as they have a stronger flavour. This variety is also suitable for growing in flower pots and planters in your home or on your balcony.
