Description
No vegetable stew is a true success without parsley root. Parsley root can be cooked with celery, bay leaves and carrots to add a hearty flavor to your dish.
Here, the sturdy, uncomplicated herb can be used like parsley. Just chop the dark green leaves and use them as seasoning.
