Thompson & Morgan Carrot 'Fucino Mezza Lunga

Cylindrical, slightly rounded, straight, orange colored carrots. Enjoy them regularly throughout the Summer if planted regularly. Use for salads and for cooking.

Recipe Carrot Soup:

1. ​Cubed carrots, potatoes and onions and boil them.
2. Once they have cooked, take the pot off the stove and add a cube of soup bouillion.
3. Fold in mustard, nutmeg and parmesan cheese and cook.
4. Serve with toasted Italian bread and olive oil.
