Description
German title: Bio-Pastinaken
Parsnips have long been a favourite garden vegetable and are making a comeback in the culinary world. This sturdy variety grows slender, round roots that can be up to 30 cm long. They have a similar taste to carrots and are slightly sweet. The parsnips need deep, loose soil rich in nutrients. They like sunny to semi-shady locations.
