Description
This bell or pear shaped squash grows about 30-40 cm in length and 10-15 cm in diameter. It has a beautiful beige rind. The dark orange flesh looks appetizing and contains a lot of healthy carotene. Consume after picking or store for use over winter. The plants have short vines, and the leaves are naturally resistant to powdery mildew. The harvest begins in mid-early August and goes through October. The large flowers are a delicacy. The plants thrive in the wild, in a cold frame, or greenhouse.
