This variety, which originated in the professional sector, is extremely productive and forms smooth-skinned, break-resistant, uniform, short carrots that can grow up to 22cm long. These can be used in many ways and are ideal for raw consumption as well as in cooked dishes, salads and juices.

Our tips:

• Earlier harvest possible through fleece or foil
• Always keep the seedbed moist
• If necessary, thin the seedlings
• Requires loose, humus-rich soil that's as sandy as possible
• Use magnesium fertiliser - no lime or manure
• Avoid over-fertilisation
