De Bolster Japanese Chrysanthemum

Strongly branched plant with yellow flowers. Beautiful in fragrant bouquets and flower arrangements. The young leaflets and flowers can be eaten raw or steamed and are often used in Asian-inspired cuisine or for flavoring sweets and drinks.
